When first starting to find mares to breed to Whammy, we leased
different mares looking for what
would be a good cross. Century
Oak Denali "Ali" was leased from our friends, Muriel and Bob Herrick of Century Oak Farm as a 3 year old. When her first foal turned out to be the beautiful Aljaks
Miss Wham I Am, we purchased Ali
real quickly! Now she is
carrying her 10th Whammy foal
and is the dam of 4 World or Reserve World Champions. Her foal is due in May 2011. She also has a filly born this year by Minion Millennium that belongs to Ken and
Joan. |

Ali has always ruled the mare band but is
the first to run to the barn to greet people
and beg for a peppermint. Her bright bay
color combined with Wham's chestnut sabino
has produced 7 chestnuts and 3 bays, with 5
of them being fillies and 5 colts. Ali and
her 2010 colt available for purchase.

Aljaks Double Delight is Whammy's oldest foal,
born April 17, 1997. Being very dark bay and standing 15.2 hands, she is very pretty pulling the cart or giving rides to grandkids or visitors. She is the dam of Aljaks Regal Spirit who was RWC Futurity Yearling Gelding in 2008, and will be making his western debut for the Besseys this year.
